Memorial Service for Slain Canadian Journalists  

Ottawa, Canada.

A memorial service for Ali Iman Sharmarke and Mahad Ahmed Elmi, the Canadian journalists killed in Mogadishu on Saturday August 11, will be held at Parliament Hill, West Block, Room 308 from 6:00 Pm until 10:00 Pm.

- Dignitaries: Politicians, Diplomats, Media outlets & personalities, CommunityMembers

-Speakers: Politicians, Human Rights and Freedom of speech advocates,

-Guests: Mohamed Elmi, Ahmed Abdisalam and Sahal Abdulle (the Reuters Journalist who was in the car with the slain Ali Sharmarke during the bomb attack)
